Four Seasons Island Resort in Pembine, Wisconsin seeks an experienced line cook to prepare diverse menu items, mastering techniques from poaching to baking and ensuring every dish meets our recipes and presentation standards.

You will work in a fast‑paced kitchen with a team‑first mindset, maintain clean stations and follow health regulations, earning $18–$20 hourly to support guests' dining experiences.

Formación

• Understanding and compliance with kitchen sanitation, safety, equipment usage, and food storage.
• Completed high school or GED or equivalent.
• Hardworking, detail-oriented and strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers.
• Prefer some experience in the food service industry.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare food orders on the line by cooking items to order and meeting presentation guidelines.
• Adhere to storage and waste controls for meats, vegetables, fruits, and dairy.
• Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with visitors, vendors, and staff.
• Keep work stations, utensils, equipment, and refrigeration clean and sanitary per health regulations.
• Set up cooking stations with all essential prep items for each shift.
