Qualifications

• 2 years of restaurant/culinary experience in a high-volume setting.
• Time management and organizational skills for high-quality food production.
• Ability to work with minimal direction or supervision to complete tasks.
• Food Handler Certification (if applicable).
• Knife skills and basic kitchen equipment usage.
• Able to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Able to establish a positive rapport with many types of personalities.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality and presentation of all food to guests in a timely manner.
• Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food at line stations.
• Item specifications, including preparation, execution, and presentation.
• Know and comply with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, kitchen rules and policies.
• Prevent spoilage and contamination by proper sanitation while complying with health regulations.
• Maintain a clean workstation and kitchen equipment.
• Assist in daily cleaning of pantry, line, prep area and dish area.
• Report maintenance or repairs to the Executive Chef.
• Follow policies and Employee Handbook rules.
