Job summary

Middle West Spirits in Columbus, OH is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our growing team. You will execute daily kitchen tasks, perform line checks, and assist in menu execution to ensure high-quality, timely service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations, culinary techniques, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily kitchen tasks as delegated by the Executive Chef.
• Conduct daily line checks to verify prep levels, ingredient quality, and adherence to proper procedures.
• Follow prep lists and maintain workflow to ensure timely, high-quality food preparation.
• Actively work all kitchen stations as needed, demonstrating proper technique, cleanliness, and strong work ethic.
• Perform opening and closing duties in alignment with standards set by the Executive Chef and General Manager.
