The Stanley Hotel in Estes Park, managed by Sage Hospitality Group, seeks a part-time culinary teammate to support front-line service through quality control and sanitation. You will follow recipes, monitor line setup, and maintain equipment and stock while delivering consistent, high-quality dishes.

We value practical kitchen experience, basic high school education, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. On-site hours include weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Experience in a kitchen environment preferred.
• Knowledge of cooking practices and kitchen procedures.

Responsibilities

• Check items against recipe cards and verify use records.
• Monitor line setup for maximum efficiency during meals.
• Maintain kitchen sanitation and 'clean as you go' policy.
• Prepare food following recipes and standardized portions.
• Start items prepared ahead of time and avoid over-production.
• Rotate perishables and date containers per SOP.
• Check pars for shift use and plan necessary prep.
• Note out-of-stock items and potential shortages.
• Assist in keeping buffet stocked.
• Return unused items to storage with proper cover/date labeling.
• Assist in cost-control actions and reducing waste.
