The role emphasizes cooking quality, kitchen organization, and sanitary practices while rotating responsibilities as scheduled to maintain efficient operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of cooking and kitchen practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food consistently according to recipe cards, production standards, and portion guidelines.
• Set up the kitchen line and ensure ingredients and equipment are ready for service.
• Check pars and complete line setup as needed.
• Prepare food in advance based on anticipated business levels while minimizing waste.
• Follow proper food safety practices and maintain temperatures and quality.
• Assist in keeping buffet and service areas stocked and organized.
• Communicate shortages to kitchen leadership.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and equipment.
