Paradies Lagardère is seeking a Line Cook to provide a supreme dining experience by preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment. You will follow recipes, maintain high standards of food safety, and assist with planning food supplies as directed by the supervisor.

The role requires at least 1 year of cooking experience, ServeSafe certification, and a High School Diploma or GED. You will work on multiple shifts with a focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of cooking experience in high-volume or fast-casual dining.
• ServeSafe certification or equivalent required by state.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals following recipes and product directions for preparation, seasoning, cooking, tasting, carving, portioning, and serving.
• Wash, slice, and peel items on the prep list.
• Follow recipes and store prepared food items with proper date labeling.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation and brand standards.
• Assist with ordering and planning food supplies as directed by the supervisor.
• Report equipment repair and maintenance to management.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, stay detail-oriented and multitask.
