Geronimo Hospitality Group is seeking a Line Cook to join our downtown Beloit team. You will work with a talented kitchen crew to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes and uphold safety and sanitation standards.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of kitchen experience, solid customer service skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. This is a full-time, on-site role with opportunities for growth within a dynamic hospitality group.

Qualifications

• One year of kitchen experience preferred; basic math skills; legible handwriting.
• Strong customer service and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Know and understand every menu item and preparation method.
• Work with the Chef to ensure consistency on every plate.
• Maintain clean, organized workstation and proper safety practices.
• Help with prep and closing duties, lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver a memorable dining experience.
