You will know every menu item, maintain quality and consistency, and work closely with the Chef to execute timely service. We value reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude to create memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• At least one year of kitchen experience preferred.
• Basic math skills required (add/subtract).
• Strong customer service and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Know menu items, accuracy, and portion sizes.
• Work with Chef to ensure plate consistency.
• Maintain a clean, stocked workstation and safe knife handling.
• Assist with deliveries and end-of-shift closing procedures.
• Arrive on time in full uniform and follow policies.
