Job Title: Line Cook (Cook II)

Responsibilities

• Ensure all stations are stocked with necessary supplies for food preparation.
• Properly and efficiently prepare and present all food items, accommodating special guest requests.
• Monitor quality, consistency, and presentation of food items.
• Set up and maintain hot and cold line stations according to company standards.
• Demonstrate proficiency in basic and advanced food production methods.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Food Handlers Permit required.
• Minimum one year of experience in a busy kitchen environment.
• Knowledge of food prep and cooking operations.
• Ability to fulfill server and guest requests promptly and thoroughly.
• Polite and positive interaction with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.
