Job summary

Grill Marks Columbia is seeking dependable Line Cooks to join a chef-driven restaurant group that values quality food, genuine hospitality, and collaboration. This role focuses on preparing and cooking menu items with precision, setting up and maintaining an organized station, and contributing to a fast-paced, team-based kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or food-service experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and commercial kitchen equipment.

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Set up, stock, and maintain an organized station.
• Deliver consistent food quality while maintaining efficient ticket times.
• Properly label, date, rotate, and store food.
• Follow all food-safety and sanitation procedures.
• Communicate clearly and support teammates during service.
• Complete assigned opening, prep, and closing responsibilities.
