Job summary

Grill Marks Columbia is hiring dependable Line Cooks to join a chef-driven restaurant group that values quality food, hospitality, and teamwork.

You will prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, set up stations, maintain an organized kitchen, and follow food-safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or food-service experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and commercial kitchen equipment.
• Dependability, attention to detail, and a strong sense of urgency.
• Ability to follow recipes and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to teamwork.
• Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed

Responsibilities

• Properly label, date, rotate, and store food

Physical Requirements

Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift and carry up to 50 pounds, safely operate commercial kitchen equipment, and work in a hot, fast-paced environment. Reasonable accommodations are available for qualified individuals with disabilities.
