What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare and execute dishes to spec during service
• Maintain a clean and organized station throughout your shift
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service flow
• Assist with planning and prepping for upcoming shifts
• Communicate with fellow cooks and front‑of‑house staff to ensure a great guest experience
• Take direction well and help create a positive kitchen culture
