Job summary

Texas Roadhouse in Washington is hiring a Broil Cook to join our people-first team. This role focuses on high-volume steak preparation, understanding temperatures, seasoning, searing and grilling, while following safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications

• High-volume restaurant experience required.
• Ability to understand and apply steak temperatures accurately.
• Seasoning, searing, and cooking meat to specified doneness.
• Safe food handling following sanitation guidelines.
• Familiarity with prep sheets and kitchen equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team.

Pay

$15.00 - $22.00 per hour
