You will work in a high-volume setting, master steak temperatures, and apply proper seasoning and grilling techniques to deliver our legendary dishes. Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of steak temperatures and doneness.
• Ability to season, sear and cook meats to specification.

• Ability to read prep sheets and operate equipment.
• Strong teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities

$16.00 - $19.00 per hour

As a Broil Cook Your Responsibilities Would Include

• High volume restaurant experience
• Understand cooking steak temperatures
• Meat seasoning, searing, and cooking
• Meat seasoning, searing, and grilling
• Using proper safety and sanitation guidelines
• Understanding equipment and prep sheets
• Exhibiting teamwork
