Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is hiring a Broil Cook to join our high-volume kitchen team. You will be responsible for seasoning, searing, and cooking steaks to precise temperatures while maintaining safety and efficiency during busy service periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume restaurant environments.
• Knowledge of cooking steak temperatures.
• Ability to follow proper safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Exhibits teamwork in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare steaks and other menu items to required temperatures.
• Season, sear, and cook meat to proper doneness.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Work with team to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Follow prep sheets and use equipment correctly.
• Provide support to front-of-house as needed.

Pay

$15.00 - $22.00 per hour

As a Broil Cook Your Responsibilities Would Include

• High volume restaurant experience
• Understand cooking steak temperatures

• Using proper safety and sanitation guidelines
• Understanding equipment and prep sheets
• Exhibiting teamwork
