Job summary

Texas Roadhouse in Grand Forks, ND is seeking a Broil Cook to join our high-volume kitchen. You will master steak temperatures, seasonings, searing and grilling, while following safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience cooking in a high-volume restaurant.
• Ability to cook steaks to proper temperatures.
• Know-how in seasoning, searing and grilling meat.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Understand prep sheets and equipment.
• Demonstrate teamwork in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities
