Job summary

Texas Roadhouse in Harrisonburg is seeking a Broil Cook to join our legendary team. You will be responsible for meat preparation, seasoning, searing, and cooking steaks to temperature specifications in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, season, sear and grill steaks to correct temperatures
• Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation
• Operate kitchen equipment and follow prep sheets
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Pay

$16.00 - $19.00 per hour

As a Broil Cook Your Responsibilities Would Include
