Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a dedicated Broil Cook to join our kitchen team. This role focuses on steak preparation, seasoning, searing, and grilling, with emphasis on temperature accuracy and quality. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment that values teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume restaurant operations.
• Knowledge of steak temperatures and doneness.
• Seasoning, searing and grilling meat fundamentals.
• Familiarity with safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and grill steaks to specified temps.
• Maintain high quality and consistency for all meat items.
• Follow recipes, prep sheets, and portion controls.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Assist with line setup, par stocks and mise en place.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth service.

As a Broil Cook Your Responsibilities Would Include
