Job summary

Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a Broil Cook to join our team in Prosper, TX. This role focuses on high-volume cooking, precise steak temperatures, and quality seasoning, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and safety.

You will operate the broil station, ensure proper searing and grilling, adhere to sanitation guidelines, and work closely with others to deliver Legendary Service to guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume restaurant environments.
• Knowledge of steak temperatures and doneness.
• Skilled in meat seasoning, searing, and grilling.

Responsibilities

• Operate broil station in a high-volume setting.
