Job summary

Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a Broil Cook to join our people-first culture and help prepare legendary steaks in a high-volume environment.

You will be responsible for meat seasoning, searing, cooking, and understanding steak temperatures, while maintaining safety and sanitation guidelines. Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume restaurant environments.
• Ability to understand and execute steak temperatures.
• Demonstrated teamwork in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Cook steaks to specified temps with proper seasoning, searing, and grilling.
• Maintain safety and sanitation guidelines in all prep and cooking activities.
• Follow prep sheets and kitchen procedures to ensure consistency.
