Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with friendly, genuine hospitality.
• Prepare sandwiches, quiche, and breakfast pastries to company standards.
• Operate flat top and ticket printer system.
• Restock displays, beverages, and supplies throughout the shift.
• Deliver food to guests accurately.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables for new guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized back of house and pastry case.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company procedures.
• Dishwashing and kitchen cleaning as needed; keep workspace orderly.
• Support teammates and assist with opening and closing duties.
