Job summary

Qualifications

• Moderate physical effort involving long periods of standing/walking and lifting up to 25–50 lbs.
• Exposure to chemicals used in a commercial kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operations of the fitness center.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and support fitness routines.
• Ensure fitness equipment is properly maintained and in good repair.
• Oversee all food production operations for grille, banquets, halfway house, and beverage cart.
• Ensure standards of food production, quality and storage.
