Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of banquet, hotel, resort, or high-volume restaurant experience.
• Experience with banquet and à la carte food is preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and execute banquet menus per BEOs and standards.
• Complete daily mise en place for timely banquet execution.
• Oversee daily production and service for the Employee Dining Room.
• Follow food safety and HACCP standards; maintain clean, safe work area.
• Support other culinary outlets and events as needed.
• Foster a collaborative team environment delivering hospitality.
