Job summary

Resurgence Brewing Co. is seeking a part-time Line Cook to support catering for weddings, private events, and corporate functions in the Greater Buffalo area. You will prep and cook food for signature events, contribute to a team-focused, clean, and efficient kitchen, and help ensure memorable dining experiences for guests.

Evening and weekend availability is required. The role offers hourly pay ranging from $19 to $21, depending on interview and experience, with 20–25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of food handling experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods while preparing and serving food.
• Evening and weekend availability required.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the US.

Our goal is to deliver memorable beverage moments to the drinkers of the Greater Buffalo region, whether they're at home, in their favorite bar, or on a tour of our extraordinary brewery.

What you'll be doing:

Prepping and making food for our signature events - think weddings, private affairs, corporate functions, etc. Our skilled Line Cooks leave our guests drooling over their memorable dining experience! They add value to our back-of-house operations by promoting a team-focused atmosphere, a clean & supportive work environment, and efficiency!

Part-time hours (20-25 hours per week)

*Evening and weekend availability is a must.*

Pay Range: $19.00 to $21.00 to start based on interview and experience

What you'll need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two (2) years of food handling experience required
• Flexibility
