Job summary

Resurgence Brewing Co. is seeking a part-time Line Cook to support catering for weddings, private events, and corporate functions in the Greater Buffalo area. You will prep and cook food for signature events, contribute to a team-focused, clean, and efficient kitchen, and help ensure memorable dining experiences for guests.

Evening and weekend availability is required. The role offers hourly pay ranging from $19 to $21, depending on interview and experience, with 20–25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of food handling experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods while preparing and serving food.
• Evening and weekend availability required.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Prepping and making food for signature events such as weddings, private affairs, and corporate functions.
• Contribute to a team-focused, clean and efficient back-of-house environment.
• Maintain food safety and quality during high-volume events.
