Job summary

Waterman Grille in Providence, RI, part of Newport Restaurant Group, seeks a Line Cook to prepare soups, meats, vegetables and desserts with seasonal, local ingredients on a wood-fired grill.

You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, maintain organization, and contribute to a team that values quality, consistency and hospitality. Prior cooking experience preferred or willingness to learn.

Waterman Grille is looking for a Line Cook to join the team.

Inside an historic 1871 gatehouse perched over the Seekonk River, the Waterman Grille presents a vibrant culinary experience on Providence’s East Side. About the Position:

In the Line Cook role, you will be preparing, seasoning, and cooking soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food for customers.

About You:

You are passionate about food. You have a strong sense of urgency, great organizational skills, and a positive attitude. You have prior cooking experience or are willing to learn a new skill!

Essential Duties:
