The role emphasizes following recipes, keeping a clean kitchen, and collaborating with teammates to meet guest expectations. Prior kitchen experience is preferred; 18+ years old and flexible schedules required.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience at a hotel or restaurant is preferred, but not required.
• Must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with other team members.
• Must be friendly and able to smile a lot while working days, nights and/or weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all food items by recipe and to specification.
• Safely and correctly operate all kitchen equipment.
• By following prep sheets, ensure the freshest product and minimize waste.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas.
• Ensure proper storage and location of all products at all times.
• Assist other team members as needed to meet business needs.
