• Must have employment eligibility in the U.S.
• Must be able to obtain and retain a valid gaming license/background check.

Responsibilities

• Read recipes and follow daily menus for timely preparation of all food items.
• Prepare mise en place and ingredients for shift.
• Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards.
• Monitor food quality, temperatures, and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe operation of kitchen equipment.
