Dartcor Hospitality is seeking a Part Time Line Cook to prepare and cook menu items to standardized recipes while upholding quality, taste, and presentation standards. You will be a key member of a fast-paced kitchen team, contributing to a smooth service.

This role features a weekday daytime schedule (Tuesday–Thursday) with a $20.00 per hour wage, offering work-life balance in a luxurious hospitality environment. Previous line cook experience is valued, with ServSafe a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Line Cook in a professional kitchen environment.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Food Preparation & Cooking: prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and guidelines, ensuring quality in every dish.
• Station Setup & Stocking: set up and stock cooking stations with necessary supplies and ingredients.
• Sanitation & Safety: maintain cleanliness and comply with health and safety regulations.
• Portion Control & Waste Minimization: follow portion control standards and minimize waste.
• Dish Plating & Presentation: cook and plate dishes with high presentation standards.
• Inventory Management: assist with stock levels and notify when supplies are low.
• Collaboration: work with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
