Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar in a professional kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and quality.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills during service.
• Ability to follow instructions, recipes and kitchen protocols.
• ServSafe certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items per standardized recipes and guidelines.
• Set up and stock cooking stations prior to and during service.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety per health regulations.
• Follow portion controls and minimize waste.
• Plate dishes efficiently with high presentation standards.
• Assist with inventory management and notify when stocks are low.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
