Job summary

Garrett West in Bonifay, FL is seeking a line cook to join a 23-person team. The role offers 3-day weekends, tips, and progression to paid vacation after a year of full-time work if hours exceed 35 per week.

Qualifications

• Cooking or back-of-house experience preferred.
• Able to meet all scheduling commitments.

Responsibilities

• Chop vegetables, prepare sauces and other prep work.
• Cook menu items in cooperation with kitchen staff.
• Clean up station and manage leftover food.
• Stock inventory.
