We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to be part of our culinary team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring our guests enjoy high-quality, beautifully prepared dishes. A strong foundation in butchering meat and fish, as well as expertise in grilling, is required.

This multi-outlet role supports Mayflower Park Hotel banquets and room service, Andaluca Restaurant, Oliver’s Bar & Lounge, requiring adaptability and efficiency across different culinary operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, detail-oriented, and works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Must have butchering skills for meat and fish, as well as grilling expertise.
  • Be punctual and dependable.
  • Maintain proper knife skills and precision in food preparation.
  • Be flexible with scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
  • Execute all menu items flawlessly, following recipes and specifications.
  • Work efficiently across different stations (grill, sauté, pantry).
  • Be physically capable of lifting and carrying 40 pounds and standing for extended periods.
  • Maintain a guest-first mentality and collaborate well with all team members.
  • Exhibit trustworthiness, professionalism, and integrity always.
