Tioga Downs is seeking a full-time Line Cook in Nichols, NY. You’ll prepare and finish dishes, follow safety standards, and work as part of a high-energy culinary team across multiple venues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year of restaurant or hotel cooking experience is a plus, but not required.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Dependable team player who takes pride in their work.
• Ability to thrive in a busy, fast‑paced kitchen.
• Frequent standing, walking, crouching, bending, and use of hands.
• Regularly lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, season, cook, finish, and garnish food according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Follow food safety, recipe, sanitation, and portion‑control procedures.
• Assist with food preparation and production in various areas of the kitchen.
• Keep your workstation and kitchen clean, organized, safe, and sanitary.
• Work as part of a team to deliver great food and service in a high‑energy environment
