Tioga Downs is hiring a Full-Time Line Cook in Nichols, NY. Join a fast-paced casino kitchen with opportunities across multiple venues, including the Buffet, Coasters, and PJ Clarke’s. Training and growth are supported, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year of restaurant or hotel cooking experience is a plus, but not required.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Dependable team player who takes pride in their work.
• Ability to thrive in a busy, fast‑paced kitchen.
• Frequent standing, walking, crouching, bending, and use of hands.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• New to the kitchen? On-the-job training is provided.

The Kitchen Environment

This is a fast‑paced kitchen where things move quickly. You’ll work around heat, cooking equipment, coolers/freezers, and moderate to loud noise levels.

Flexible availability is required, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
