Tioga Downs is seeking a full-time Line Cook in Nichols, NY. You’ll prepare and finish dishes, follow safety standards, and work as part of a high-energy culinary team across multiple venues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year of restaurant or hotel cooking experience is a plus, but not required.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Dependable team player who takes pride in their work.
• Ability to thrive in a busy, fast‑paced kitchen.
• Frequent standing, walking, crouching, bending, and use of hands.
• Regularly lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

The Kitchen Environment

This is a fast‑paced kitchen where things move quickly. You’ll work around heat, cooking equipment, coolers/freezers, and moderate to loud noise levels.

Flexible availability is required, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
