Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year of restaurant or hotel cooking experience is a plus.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, season, cook, finish, and garnish food according to established recipes and quality standards.

We're looking for Full-Time Line Cooks to join our culinary team and help create great experiences across multiple venues, including the Buffet, Coasters, and PJ Clarke's.

What You'll Do

Prepare, season, cook, finish, and garnish food according to established recipes and quality standards

Follow food safety, recipe, sanitation, and portion-control procedures

Assist with food preparation and production in various areas of the kitchen

Keep your workstation and kitchen clean, organized, safe, and sanitary

Work as part of a team to deliver great food and service in a high-energy environment

High School Diploma or GED preferred

1+ year of restaurant or hotel cooking experience is a plus, but not required

A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Dependable team player who takes pride in their work

Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced kitchen

New to the kitchen? No problem! We provide on-the-job training to help you build your skills and confidence.

Frequent standing, walking, crouching, bending, and use of hands

Ability to regularly lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

The Kitchen Environment

This is a fast-paced kitchen where things move quickly. You'll work around heat, cooking equipment, coolers/freezers, and moderate to loud noise levels.

Flexible availability is required, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
