We Are Seeking Line Cooks

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Set up cook stations and stock them with necessary prep supplies.
2. Prepare food on the line by cutting, mixing, chopping, and making sauces.
3. Cook items on the line by grilling, frying, chopping, sautéing, and broiling according to quality guidelines and standardized recipes.
4. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, including following a restaurant cleaning checklist that complies with food safety and sanitation regulations.
5. Handle and store food safely and properly.
6. Take inventory counts before and after shifts, and complete food inventory or storage sheets.
7. Ability to work on weekends, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 pounds.
