Job summary

Interlachen Country Club in Winter Park, FL is seeking full-time experienced line cooks for our Main Clubhouse and outlets. You will set up your workstation and work with servers and supervisors to ensure orders are accurate and prepared in a timely manner.

Responsibilities include preps, following standardized recipes, cross-training on Pantry/Grill/Flat/Prep stations, labeling and stocking ingredients, and maintaining cleanliness of all kitchen areas.

• Must be flexible and able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Maintains cleanliness of coolers, countertops, fryer, grill, and char‑broiler on a daily basis. Perform utility duties when a utility staff member is not scheduled.
• Conducts self in a proper manner due to open nature of the kitchen.

Beautiful Interlachen Country Club located in Winter Park, FL has openings for full‑time experienced line cooks in our Main Clubhouse and various outlets. Currently undergoing a full Golf renovation, we are excited to re‑open our 18‑hole Championship Golf Course and brand new Golf Clubhouse which will include two new dining outlets.

Summary

Compensation

Competitive based on experience. $18‑$25/hr based on experience.

Requirements

Must be flexible and able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical / Mental Requirements

• May be required to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
