Job summary

Interlachen Country Club in Winter Park, FL is seeking a full-time Kitchen Utility to join our culinary team. You will help maintain a clean kitchen, manage dishwashing operations, and support cooks during service. This role requires flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Vaccination is not required. Salary ranges from $16 to $19 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates dish machine and pot and pan sinks. Keeps area clean at all times.
• Prepares tableware for washing by removing food residue, sorting china, and running tableware through dish machine.
• Properly stores all clean and sanitized tableware, buffet platters, and displays.
• Gathers and properly washes, rinses, and sanitizes all cooking utensils and kitchen equipment and returns them to their proper places.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors, coolers, storage areas, etc.
• Cleans garbage cans with soap and water on a regular basis. Breaks down and empties boxes.
• Performs food preparation tasks as assigned.
• Vaccination not required.

Overview

Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and cooking utensils and equipment, the Kitchen Utility plays a vital role on our Culinary Team.
