Job summary

Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in Winter Park, FL is seeking a line cook to join our fast-paced kitchen. You will uphold strict food safety, sanitation, and station cleanliness while efficiently storing products in walk-in coolers and dry storage.

You’ll work closely with the team to monitor ticket times, maintain quality, and support colleagues to deliver exceptional dishes in a welcoming, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of restaurant experience as a line cook.
• Commitment to food safety, cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.

As a Line Cook you will need to be committed to industry leading food safety, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards. You will also be responsible for proper storage of products in the walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer as well as keeping the dry storage organized. You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining your station on the line, and monitoring ticket times and food quality. Experience
