Turks Head Wines is a chef-driven winery and culinary destination located in downtown West Chester. With wines sourced, produced, and bottled in California, and a scratch kitchen led by Executive Chef Nan, formerly of The Little Nell and Corvino Supper Club, we offer a unique opportunity for culinary professionals to grow in a dynamic, elevated food and wine environment.

We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Cook to join our team as we continue expanding our menu and guest offerings. You’ll work side by side with a passionate culinary crew, learning from an experienced chef who values seasonality, sustainability, and serious technique.

What You’ll Do:
  • Execute dishes according to Chef Nan’s recipes and plating standards.
  • Prep stations and mise en place with efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Maintain food quality, portion control, and kitchen cleanliness.
  • Uphold strict standards for safety, sanitation, and organization.
  • Collaborate with FOH and BOH to deliver seamless service.
  • Assist in inventory, receiving, and closing responsibilities.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Passion for elevated, ingredient-driven cuisine.
  • 2+ years of professional kitchen experience preferred.
  • Strong work ethic, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt, take feedback, and thrive in a busy kitchen.
  • Willingness to work nights and weekends.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and ServSafe certification a plus.
