What You'll Do:

Our line cooks prepare more than 200 dishes from scratch daily, focusing on fresh ingredients, technique, and memorable flavor. They utilize various cooking methods and tools, maintaining high standards even during busy hours. You'll enjoy our team spirit, fun environment, and positive guest feedback.

Your Background:

• Strong knife skills and diverse cooking techniques
• Attention to detail with weights, measurements, and volumes
• Cleanliness and organization skills
• Team player attitude
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and bend, reach, and twist regularly
• At least 6 months of experience as a line cook in a full-service restaurant preferred (consider Prep Cook if less experienced)
• Must be at least 18 years old
