- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the work area before, during, and after shifts.
- Practices safe and sanitary food handling at all times.
- Sets up the workstation efficiently.
- Prepares all food according to Arooga's recipes, presentation standards, and specifications.
- Prioritizes tasks to maximize efficiency.
- Dates, labels, and rotates all products.
- Completes all prep work within designated timelines.
- Performs daily and weekly cleaning tasks as assigned.
- Fulfills additional duties as directed by management.
- Executes shift with skill and efficiency.
- Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts is required.
Requirements
- Effective reading and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to safely operate knives, slicing, and food prep equipment.
- Responds appropriately in emergencies to prevent danger.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
