  1. Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the work area before, during, and after shifts.
  2. Practices safe and sanitary food handling at all times.
  3. Sets up the workstation efficiently.
  4. Prepares all food according to Arooga's recipes, presentation standards, and specifications.
  5. Prioritizes tasks to maximize efficiency.
  6. Dates, labels, and rotates all products.
  7. Completes all prep work within designated timelines.
  8. Performs daily and weekly cleaning tasks as assigned.
  9. Fulfills additional duties as directed by management.
  10. Executes shift with skill and efficiency.
  11. Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts is required.
Requirements
  1. Effective reading and verbal communication skills.
  2. Ability to safely operate knives, slicing, and food prep equipment.
  3. Responds appropriately in emergencies to prevent danger.
  4. Attention to detail.
  5. Ability to read and follow recipes accurately.
  6. Reliable transportation.
