Pay Range

This range is provided by The Mirbeau Companies. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $24.00/hr

About Us

For nearly 20 years, The Mirbeau Companies have successfully developed and managed European-inspired boutique hotels, spas, and resorts. Family-owned and operated, Mirbeau Inn & Spa is a nationally renowned destination resort brand.

Responsibilities
  1. Set up production line for The Bistro & Wine bar, ensuring all menu items are adequately stocked.
  2. Check daily menu items and specials to ensure they meet recipe standards.
  3. Maintain effective communication with Sous Chef/Executive Chef about menu changes.
  4. Coordinate with pantry prep cook to ensure garnishes, salads, and condiments are prepared for each meal period.
  5. Ensure all line preparations are ready for each meal period.
  6. Prepare menu items according to Mirbeau recipes and specifications in a timely manner.
  7. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards personally and in the work area.
  8. Handle and store food properly to prevent spoilage and waste.
  9. Break down prep line after each meal period.
  10. Perform additional tasks as directed by the Sous Chef/Executive Chef.
  11. Suggest ideas, report problems, and propose solutions to improve kitchen productivity.
  12. Report to work groomed, in a clean uniform with nametag, at scheduled times.
