Compensation Range

$17.00 - $21.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

With more than 200 dishes made fresh from scratch every day, our line cooks are passionate about using fresh quality ingredients, applying great technique, and creating delicious, memorable food. They utilize a wide range of cooking methods and kitchen tools to ensure our dishes are perfect. Despite the busyness and high standards of our restaurants, our team spirit and commitment to fun, along with positive guest feedback, make this a rewarding environment.

Your Background:

• Great technique: strong knife skills and a range of cooking methods
• Attention to detail: knowledge of weights, measurements, and volumes
• Cleanliness and organization: knowing where everything is and keeping everything in its place
• Team player: collaboration is essential to keep our kitchens running smoothly
• Physical ability: able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and bend, reach, and twist continuously
• Experience: at least 6 months as a line cook in a full-service restaurant preferred (less experience? Consider Prep Cook)
• Age requirement: at least 18 years old
