Moro's Kitchen, a popular Skaneateles village restaurant open Wednesday through Sunday, is looking to hire a Line Cook to join our team.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1-2 years of line cook experience. They should be able to grill and sauté menu items to order in a fast-paced setting. This includes cooking fresh pasta to order, as well as meats and fish to temperature (e.g., rare, medium rare, medium). A line cook must follow house recipes, perform minor butchering, and prep menu items for service. Making sauces is preferred but not required; training will be provided. We offer opportunities for growth within our expanding team.
