We are seeking a Part-Time Experienced Prep Cook to ensure each Fan receives an unforgettable meal. Responsibilities include preparing dishes according to Primanti Bros. recipes and specifications in a timely manner.

Position Summary: We are looking for a Part-Time Experienced Prep Cook to prepare food according to recipes and specifications, ensuring quality and timeliness.

Essential Functions:

1. Prepare a variety of foods across multiple stations, adhering to procedures and presentation standards.
2. Complete prep work, label food per Shelf Life Chart, and stock stations.
3. Follow safety, sanitation, and HACCP procedures.
4. Prepare orders promptly, communicate effectively with team members, and ensure proper product rotation.
5. Maintain a cooperative work environment and complete checklists and cleaning tasks.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to read and write in English.
• Good communication, friendly, and people-oriented.
• Dependable, enthusiastic, multitasker.
• Basic math skills.

Qualification Standards:

• Stand 100% of the shift, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in hot environments with sharp tools and machinery.
• Read tickets and communicate effectively with team members.
