$15.25 - $20.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

With more than 200 dishes made fresh from scratch every day, our line cooks are passionate about fresh quality ingredients, great technique and delicious, memorable food. Line cooks use a wide range of cooking methods and kitchen tools to make our dishes perfect. Although our restaurants are busy and standards are high, you’ll appreciate our team spirit, commitment to fun, and positive guest feedback about our food.

Your Background:

• Great technique: strong knife skills and a range of cooking methods
• Attention to detail: knowledge of weights, measurements, and volumes
• Cleanliness and organization: knowing where everything is and keeping it in its place
• Team player: collaboration to keep the kitchen running smoothly
• Physical ability: able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and bend, reach, and twist regularly
• Experience: at least 6 months as a line cook in a full-service restaurant preferred; less experience? consider Prep Cook
• Age requirement: must be at least 18 years old
