Job summary

The Arbor Terrace Lake Worth in Lake Worth, FL is seeking an energetic Cook to join our dining team. Full-Time and Part-Time shifts (11:30 AM–7:30 PM; 3:30 PM–8 PM) offer opportunities to prepare meals that residents love in a warm, caring environment.

You'll be part of a supportive team that values quality food and great service, with competitive pay, free meals, PTO, and comprehensive benefits. Previous kitchen experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Cook or in a similar kitchen role.
• Passion for preparing quality meals and serving residents.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented, dependable and committed to excellence.
• Senior living/healthcare/hotel/restaurant experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh, nutritious meals according to menus and recipes.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards.
• Prepare and serve meals with consistency, quality, and presentation.
• Assist with food prep, stocking, and kitchen organization.
• Monitor food temperatures and proper storage procedures.
• Collaborate with the Dining Director and culinary team to ensure an outstanding dining experience.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen.

What You'll Do
