Job Opportunity: Line Cook at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar

Responsibilities include:

1. Creating memorable moments for our guests through our premium steaks, seafood, and innovative plant-based entrees.
2. Maintaining industry-leading food safety, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards.
3. Proper storage of products in walk-in cooler and freezer, and organizing dry storage.
4. Cleaning and maintaining your station and monitoring ticket times and food quality.

Working well with a team in a positive, fast-paced environment is essential.

Experience: Minimum one year of restaurant experience as a line cook.
